Investing deserves more than headlines and hot takes.
We have access to more financial information than at any other point in history. Markets move in real time. Opinions arrive instantly. Forecasts, charts, predictions, and financial commentary are available almost everywhere.
But more information does not necessarily lead to better financial decisions.
The Thoughtful Investor is a financial education podcast from Yach Advisors that explores investing, retirement planning, behavioral finance, investor psychology, economics, risk, diversification, market history, and long-term financial decision-making.
Rather than chasing every headline or trying to predict every market move, the podcast focuses on the principles, tradeoffs, incentives, and human behaviors that shape the decisions investors make over time.
Better financial decisions start with thoughtful insights.

Bryan Yach, CFP®
Bryan Yach is a financial advisor, educator, and host who focuses on making complex ideas about money, markets, investing, and financial decision-making easier to understand.
After more than 15 years working directly with individuals and families on investing, retirement, and complex financial decisions, Bryan began expanding that work into long-form educational media.
He hosts The Thoughtful Investor, a Yach Advisors podcast focused on investing, retirement planning, behavioral finance, markets, and financial decision-making.
He also created Money’s the Matter, an educational podcast exploring the history, economics, and human stories behind money, and produces financial and economic commentary on YouTube.
Across those projects, the goal is the same: move beyond headlines, jargon, and surface-level explanations and give people a clearer way to understand why financial systems work the way they do — and how people behave within them.
